Gary drew me this lovely little wienermobile this weekend. Last night, we found it in the fridge. After quizzing him and Randy to find out why/who put it in there, Landon finally threw his hands up and yelled (at us like we were idiots for freaking out) "I did...It's a hot dog!" Duuhhhh, where else should a hot dog be kept?

We have a new baby!
This is our newest addition, Boomer. As I've stated before, one day I'd like to have a member of our household that doesn't pee everywhere! Gary and Boomer fell head over heel for each other from moment one. They are becoming quite a pair!
Landon and Boomer have come to the agreement that "we'll be friends if you stay in your space and I stay in mine!" Landon commands in his most authoritative voice, "Puppy, you don't tee tee in our house!" and "No, puppy, those are Gary's crocs. Don't eat dem!" or "No! That's MY toy!" and not to leave out, "Puppy, don't bite me!"

I'm still here
I've just been plagued with technical issues. If/when I replace my brand new card reader that Landon already broke, I'll fill in with some pics. Until then, I'll leave you with another video :)
Click Here to hear another choir sing the song that our H-Town Worship Team (Youth Choir) presented last night and received a standing ovation!! They were AWESOME!!

The Light shines a little brighter today.
I was working on a project last night and kept coming back to this song (unfortunately a song isn't what I was searching for) but I want to share. I couldn't find James Stalder singing it with the FBC Haughton Praise Choir (which is the best version), but The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir runs a close second.

After 106 years of life, Randy's great-grandmother, Hattie McLemore, was welcomed home yesterday morning by our Father with open arms proclaiming, "Well done my good and faithful servant." If I had to guess, I'd bet she's running up and down those streets of gold that Gary says gives the sky that amber glow that peeps through the clouds sometimes if you look real hard.

And......They're OFF!!!!!!
Mud Nationals is this weekend. Randy left Wednesday to seek out a good spot to set up camp. Gary followed after school yesterday with Haley and her mom. As you can see...Gary is VERY proud of his new wheeler (top left) and Landon WILL NOT be left behind (far right "driving" the Prowler) with his own "butter" in the bed (look close!) Nine bikes on this load, and my bet is that at least half will come home broken! I talked to them today and the rain isn't slowing them down, but the cold caught them by surprise. I'll have the car packed with warm clothes tomorrow. What would kids (husbands included) do without moms running to the rescue!?
By the way, how does our yard look after having 70 trees cut? You can see a tiny hint of blue to the far right...that's our house!
